Clinical guidance to support informed decision-making, safe treatment, and optimal outcomes

Preparing for Your Consultation

LaserLite Solutions uses a secure client portal to track, document, and monitor every client’s treatment plan, progress, and clinical outcomes. Each treatment protocol is customized based on your medical history, skin type, goals, and clinical findings.

Consultation & Assessment Process
Your consultation includes a detailed medical review, skin analysis, risk screening, and treatment planning discussion. Recommendations are based on safety, evidence, and your intended outcome.

Medical History Considerations
Certain conditions, medications, implants, hormonal factors, and prior procedures may affect eligibility or parameter selection. Full disclosure is required for safe care.

Skin Preparation & Activity Guidance
General pre-treatment considerations may include avoiding sun exposure, certain topicals, recent procedures, or active infections. Specific guidance is confirmed after assessment.

Secure Client Portal
You will receive communication from:
LaserLite Solutions Client Portal via email yourprovider@simplepractice.com

Required Forms Prior to Consultation
Once your appointment has been confirmed and your deposit received, you will receive access to the LaserLite Solutions Client Portal to complete your medical intake forms, screening questionnaires and skin analysis assessment. These must be submitted prior to your consultation to allow proper clinical review, safety screening, and treatment planning.

If forms are not completed in advance, they must be completed in clinic before your consultation begins, which may shorten your appointment time or require rescheduling.

Aftercare and recovery guidance

Laser and photobiomodulation treatments require appropriate aftercare to support healing and reduce the risk of complications. Post treatment instructions are provided after each session and are specific to the treatment performed and individual response.

Frequently Asked Questions

Treatment suitability is determined during consultation based on your clinical concern, medical history, skin physiology, and treatment goals.
Yes. All treatments are preceded by a consultation to assess indication, risk factors, and appropriate modality selection.
Treatment plans are developed based on tissue response, skin type, condition severity, and healing capacity rather than fixed packages.
Most conditions require multiple sessions. The number of sessions varies depending on the condition being treated, tissue response, and treatment spacing.
Session spacing is based on biological healing timelines and tissue response, not scheduling convenience. This is reviewed during consultation and adjusted as needed.
Some treatments produce early changes, but most improvements are gradual and occur over time as tissue remodels and inflammation resolves.
Yes. Treatment plans may be paused, modified, or discontinued based on response, tolerance, or clinical reassessment.
Outcomes depend on the condition treated, underlying biology, and adherence to aftercare. Maintenance or additional sessions may be required in some cases.
Laser treatments may be used for pigmentation concerns, scarring, vascular irregularities, acne-related changes, and hair-related skin conditions.
Laser therapy delivers controlled energy to targeted tissue structures based on wavelength, pulse duration, and depth of penetration while preserving surrounding tissue.
Yes, when appropriate wavelengths, conservative settings, and response-based progression are used. Skin type is carefully considered in all laser protocols.
Sensation varies by treatment type and area. Most patients describe warmth or brief discomfort that is well tolerated.
Redness, warmth, mild swelling, temporary darkening of pigment, or texture changes may occur depending on the treatment performed.
Treatment may be paused if excessive inflammation, delayed healing, pigment alteration, or unexpected skin responses are observed.
When performed improperly or without skin type consideration, pigment changes can occur. This is why conservative protocols and careful assessment are essential.
Activity guidance depends on the treatment performed. Specific instructions are provided after each session.
Photobiomodulation therapy uses specific wavelengths of light to support cellular activity, tissue recovery, inflammation modulation, and pain reduction.
PBM may be used for pain management, inflammation, nerve related symptoms, post-surgical recovery, wound support, and tissue healing.
PBM is not a cosmetic treatment. Its effects are functional and physiological rather than aesthetic.
Yes. PBM does not rely on pigment targeting and is safe across all Fitzpatrick skin types.
Session frequency and total number depend on the condition being treated and response over time.
PBM is non-invasive and typically produces little to no sensation during treatment.
Treatment may be paused if symptoms worsen, plateau without benefit, or if reassessment is clinically indicated.
In some cases, PBM may be used alongside other therapies when clinically appropriate.
Skin type is assessed during consultation and directly influences modality selection and treatment pacing.
Pigment content, healing response, and scarring risk are all considered when selecting treatment parameters.
Yes. Treatments typically begin conservatively and are adjusted based on tissue response over time.
You should disclose medications, skin conditions, prior procedures, healing issues, and any history of abnormal scarring or pigment changes.
Expected responses are reviewed after treatment. Signs outside expected healing patterns should be reported promptly.
Treatment may be paused for excessive inflammation, delayed healing, pigment alteration, or systemic health changes.
Laser and PBM may be combined in select cases based on indication and treatment goals, determined during assessment.
Safety is monitored through clinical reassessment, response tracking, and conservative progression rather than fixed protocols.
